Sportify Player has no app-download fee. Paid academy plans and paid tournament entries have separate prices; free offerings do not require payment.
Sportify shows the applicable price and payment details before a user confirms a purchase.
1. App download and account
Downloading Sportify Player and creating a player or guardian account does not carry an app-download fee.
2. Academy training plans
Independent academies set the prices, session limits, validity periods, included benefits, and availability of their training plans.
The plan page displays these details in the app before enrollment. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless the screen states otherwise.
3. Tournament entries
A tournament organizer may charge an entry fee. The tournament page and checkout show the applicable fee and entry details before payment.
4. Checkout
The checkout screen shows the amount due before payment. Where live online checkout is enabled, payments are processed through Razorpay. A test or demonstration payment is not a real charge.
Where an academy allows cash, the payment is made directly to the academy and the enrollment or entry activates after the academy confirms receipt.
Request account deletion or request deletion of selected data without reinstalling the app.
